Alternative Government State of the Nation address to Parliament by the LOP

In exercise of his mandate enshrined in the Constitution, Administration of Parliament Act and the Rules of Procedure of the 11th Parliament, the Leader of our Parliamentary team, the Rt. Hon. Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba has this afternoon delivered to the Parliament of the Alternative State of the Nation Address in response to the one earlier delivered by Gen Museveni.
