📸The ceremonial unveiling of the foundation stone for the establishment of our headquarters

The foundation stone for the establishment of our headquarters in the Makerere/Bwaise area has been formally unveiled today by President Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert. He was accompanied by a number of other National Unity Platform leaders, including Rt. Hon. Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba, the party’s vice president for the central region and the leader of the opposition in parliament, Mama Jolly Kyomukama, the vice president for the western region, David Lewis Rubongoya, the secretary general of the party, Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi, the spokesperson for the party, and many others including party Members of Parliament and leaders from the local governments.

We thank God for this yet another milestone in our journey to build a strong political movement that will last beyond our times. The laying of this foundation stone kicks off a very important process to build our headquarters on a much bigger space that hopefully will be able to accommodate our people. Our struggle against dictatorship and misrule will definitely end in success. As the National Unity Platform, We pledge to take the reins and see our nation’s liberation struggle through to victory.
